A Dying Immune System Cell Shown In a Microscope

This video shows two white immune cells. ( neutrophile ) One is healthy and active while the other one is dying. Notice how the healthy cell stays close to the dying one. Immune cells are often seen close to each other. They communicate and help each other protect your health. All cells in our body will die at some point. It can be pre-programmed death after the cell has carried out it's purpose, injury or just death from it's expiration. Our body replaces millions of cells every day and is in a constant state of self healing. Dead cells will be recycled and used to make other cells. Debris will be collected by immune cells or filtered with the blood through organs such as the liver and kidneys.
