Jerry Delemus entered into an open Plea agreement thinking that the Judge would follow D.A.'s recommended sentence and what he got was the Sand Paper Anal Beads! Let this be a lesson when it comes to OPEN Plea Agreements. Make sure your agreement is STIPULATED as to sentence to be received or expect to get Maximum Statutory allowed!
