Court Hears Gardasil Science and Moves Forward

| On Wednesday January 9th, I attended Science Day Presentations in the
Jennifer Robi vs. Merck and Kaiser Permanente case in Los Angeles
Superior Court. I want to report to our community on the outcome of this
important event and provide some personal commentary. It is difficult to describe the feelings of elation and frustration that I experienced during the full day of furious arguments that began at 9:30 am before Judge Maren Nelson. Due to the restrictions of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, my son and thousands of children like him, have never been able to have their injuries acknowledged in a court of law. This day gave families around the globe whose children’s health was permanently harmed by the HPV vaccine a glimmer of hope that their injuries and suffering would finally be acknowledged. The frustration I felt came from the obvious fact that the science relied on by our federal agencies to approve the HPV vaccine was criminally inadequate and that Jennifer’s injuries and those of the thousands of others like her could have been prevented. |

Cancer Patient Exploited by "The Doctors" TV Show (FULL VIDEO)
On September 19, 2017, "The Doctors" television show aired a segment featuring Marisha Dotson, a stage IV squamous cell carcinoma (skin cancer) survivor who, at that point, had endured nearly 50 surgeries in an effort to stop her cancer. These surgeries included removing her nose, her upper jawbone, eight top teeth, and the roof of her mouth. The show and its sponsors promised Marisha, whose ONLY family is a little brother and who lives in poverty, free dental work and reconstructive surgery. As of January 2019, they have not delivered on these promises.

Related A 2014 study in the British Medical Journal examined 40 randomly-selected episodes of The Doctors and studied the veracity of 80 randomly-selected statements or recommendations made in each episode. The study determined that "evidence supported 63%, contradicted 14%, and was not found for 24%" of recommendations made by the panel of doctors, and advised that "the public should be skeptical about recommendations made on medical talk shows."

50 Studies the AAP Avoided to MentionThere is a robust, worldwide body of published science from highly esteemed scientists questioning the safety of many different aspects of vaccines-how come we never hear from them? The majority of the most compelling science has been published since 2010. Below find 50 such studies to consider, sorted chronologically, and note that these studies only represent a portion of the published work implicating vaccinations in a wide variety of negative health outcomes.The American Academy of Pediatrics made representations to President Trump in a letter dated 2/7/2017 that are utterly indefensible and inaccurate, as any rational review of the studies below quickly demonstrates. For example, the AAP wrote: "Claims that vaccines are unsafe when administered according to expert recommendations have been disproven by a robust body of medical literature...we write to express our unequivocal support for the safety of vaccines." We contend that the AAP's statements to the President are baseless, reckless, and easily refuted. Medical Doctor Dead, BBC Correspondent “Descended Into Madness” After “Routine” Yellow Fever Vaccine
Prominent British cancer physician Martin Gore, MD died on Jan. 10, 2019 just hours after receiving a routine yellow fever vaccination.
The vaccine is recommended for people traveling to parts of Africa, the Caribbean and South and Central America.
Dr. Gore was 67, and suffered from total organ failure.
A professor of cancer medicine at The Royal Marsden NHS (National Health Service) Foundation Trust and the Institute of Cancer Research in the United Kingdom, Dr. Gore was considered a pioneer in cancer research.

“Snopes” Gets an “F” for Predictable Propaganda in Vaccine-Autism debate
- Snopes claims to expose “misleading” statements, but ultimately confirms the report it attempts to smear.
- Alex Kasprak, author of the Snopes propaganda article, was once “a staff science writer at BuzzFeed.”
I have long written about propagandists’ use of
sites such as Snopes and Wikipedia. Both are littered with false and
misleading information mixed in with some real, benign and true
information. That’s what makes it so dangerous to the uninitiated.
Now, Snopes purports to fact check my recent investigative report on
the respected, pro-vaccine doctor who worked as an expert witness for
the government and signed a sworn affidavit stating that vaccines can
cause autism, after all, in exceptional cases. Dr. Andrew Zimmerman
further states that government lawyers, who defend vaccine companies in
federal vaccine court, misrepresented his opinion in order to continue
to debunk vaccine-autism claims.The report, which aired in an episode of Full Measure, received more positive feedback than any other single story we’ve produced. The story stuck to the facts, which poses a particular problem for vaccine industry interests, some of which are connected to the government. They have worked hard to shape a narrative that is often at odds with peer-reviewed science, medical opinions and court decisions. They want the public to believe “there is no debate” over vaccines and autism, even as the issues is as debated as ever — if not more so. They seek to label efforts to improve vaccine-safety as “anti-vaccine,” and to censor discussion of the topic.
