The real problem behind the Victorian government's QR code cover up is that "they didn't tell people the truth", says Thomson Geer Lawyers' John-Paul Cashen. It comes as a secret Supreme Court ruling confirmed personal information shared with Victorian contract tracers does not have absolute protection. The new ruling means third-party companies, crime-fighting agencies and other authorities like WorkCover can apply to access the data. Since the start of the pandemic contract tracers have maintained any details shared would only be used for public health purposes. "What they really should have been doing is saying to people 'we will keep your information as confidential as we can – but it's not absolute'," Mr Cashen told Sky News host Caleb Bond. "That's the real problem – they didn't tell people the truth – it was really a very easy fix."

120 VIETNAMESE KIDS HOSPITALIZED & 3 DEAD BY PFIZER POISON
At least three children have died and 120 have been hospitalized after a school vaccinated them with Pfizer doses in several provinces in Vietnam. The government has suspended vaccination in those provinces.
The local press acknowledges that the cause of death was an “exaggerated reaction to the vaccine” and the local CDC “experts” resort to a ruse we have heard before in the West: it was just a defective batch.
The argument would be acceptable if the deaths and adverse effects had only been detected in a single province, but since they appear in several at the same time, it is a hoax.
Thanh Hoa province has been inoculating children between 15 and 17 years of age with the vaccine since November 30, but it was not until the children died that the experiment was stopped. Significant adverse reactions have been detected in children in Bac Giang, a province near Hanoi, and in Binh Phuoc, a southern province. The children developed severe symptoms ranging from nausea to high fever and respiratory difficulties.
As the fault lies with a bad batch, the “experts” want to use other batches, because they have many in stock, and what is worse: the defective batches will not be thrown away, but will be reused to vaccinate adults. The experiment, therefore, continues.
The director of Ha Trung District General Hospital, Vu Van Chinh, said that adverse effects were normal and more likely in children than in adults. The health director said, “Those who have reactions or faint should be separated to avoid any chain reaction.”
So far in Thanh Hoa province, CDC has distributed about 117,000 doses of the vaccine in 27 districts and cities, with a total of 56,700 doses administered.
Also in Vietnam, vaccine deaths are far from anecdotal. Last week four workers at a shoe factory, Kim Viet Shoe, in the same Thanh Hoa province, died after receiving the Chinese vaccine Sinovac, also from an “overreaction.”

A coronavirus outbreak aboard the USS Milwaukee, whose entire crew was "100% immunized," has forced the ship to remain in port after a scheduled stop in Cuba barely one week into its deployment, the Navy announced Friday.
An unspecified "portion" of the Milwaukee's 105-person crew is now isolated on board the ship at Naval Station Guantánamo Bay, according to Cmdr. Kate Meadows, a spokeswoman for U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command. The Navy does not disclose infection counts "at the crew/unit level," she said in an email.
Some of the personnel who tested positive for the virus have displayed mild symptoms, Meadows said. Officials have not determined whether the highly transmissible omicron variant - which has demonstrated an ability to evade coronavirus vaccines, leading to a surge in breakthrough infections - is responsible for the Milwaukee's outbreak.
It's unclear how long the Milwaukee may be offline. Meadows said Saturday that the ship's commanders are working with senior military leaders to make that determination and that, in the meantime, they have imposed a mask mandate for all personnel.
Navy officials said that the deployment was expected to involve counternarcotics operations in the Caribbean and Eastern Pacific and that the stop in Guantánamo was expected to be a brief visit to refuel and stock up on provisions. The ship arrived in Cuba on Dec. 20.
The Milwaukee deployed from its home station in Mayport, Fla., on Dec. 14. In a news release announcing the ship's departure, the Navy said that apart from the ship's crew, a detachment of Coast Guard law enforcement personnel was on board, plus an aviation unit responsible for operating embarked helicopters and drones. It was not immediately clear whether the coronavirus outbreak had affected any of those passengers.Photographs of the ship's crew, distributed by the Navy over the past month, show some personnel wearing masks while others were not. Meadows said Saturday that face coverings now are required for all, whether indoors or outside.
Navy vessels, where personnel live in tight quarters while at sea, are particularly vulnerable to the coronavirus. The U.S. military's first major coronavirus outbreak occurred last year aboard the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt, sidelining the ship for several weeks in Guam after more than 1,000 personnel tested positive. The Roosevelt experienced another run of infections earlier this year.
U.S. military personnel are required to be vaccinated against the coronavirus, but tens of thousands of troops have resisted those orders. Across the Navy, about 9,000 sailors remained only partially vaccinated as of this week, according to data maintained by the Pentagon.
Top Defense Department leaders are evaluating whether to begin mandating booster shots, as well, with public health experts saying an additional shot can help recharge waning immunity and ward off severe disease and hospitalization. It's unclear whether any of those who have tested positive aboard the Milwaukee had received booster shots

CDC overcounts millions of vaccinations

CDC Director Rochelle Walensky has been wildly inflating the number of “vaccinated” Americans by counting potentially tens of millions of “boosters” and second doses as first time shots, according to a report from Bloomberg News.
To give you an idea of the scale of the CDC’s overreporting, in just one state, Pennsylvania, the CDC overreported the number of first doses for the elderly “by about 850,000” when compared to the state’s own revised estimates.
“Alison Beam, the state’s acting health secretary, said their review showed that some first doses were actually second doses — meaning that fully inoculated people were counted twice as half-vaccinated,” Bloomberg reported.

As all of you reading this will know already, the NHL has been dealing with a massive number of positive cases around the league as a result of it's Covid testing policy and it would appear as though at least one NHL general manager has seen enough. On Saturday it was announced that 5 members of the Detroit Red Wings have been added to the NHL's Covid protocol list, 3 players and 2 coaches. It would seem as though that news did not sit particularly well with Red Wings general manager Steve Yzerman, who is now letting the NHL hear about it. According to a report from Brad Galli of WXYZ Detroit, Yzerman openly called into question the league's policy around testing its players. The implication of this would appear to be that Yzerman feels the league is testing too much, resulting in a number of positive tests that are forcing asymptomatic players out of action. Yzerman's objections appear to be focused around the testing of vaccinated players who are showing no symptoms at the time of testing, a practice that I suspect Yzerman would prefer to see the NHL move away from. Additionally Yzerman appeared to call into question how serious of a threat Covid would be to vaccinated players when he mentioned that most cases around the league this season have been at worst a mild cold. |

BC Doctor reviews 'shocking' stats from released Pfizer documents
Doctor Daniel Nagase, in an exclusive interview with the Western Standard, reviewed recently-released safety data on Pfizer-BioNTech’s COVID-19 vaccine.
Nagase came under fire for giving patients an unapproved treatment for COVID-19 while working in Alberta hospitals in September and was banned from working in Alberta Health Services facilities.
Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency (PHMPT) is a nonprofit organization comprised of public health and medical professionals, scientists and journalists dedicated to “obtain and disseminate the data relied upon by the FDA to license COVID-19 vaccines.”
On August 27, four days after the FDA approved the Pfizer vaccine for ages 16 and up, PHMPT submitted a Freedom of Information Act request to the FDA for all of the data within Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine biological product file.
The FDA has since released a package of documents to PHMPT including “post-authorization adverse event reports” received through the end of Feb 2021.

1200 Dead in First 90 Days
This episode reviews a previously hidden report by Pfizer to the FDA covering the first 90 days of ‘post authorization’ vaccine safety data. A judge ordered its release and, perhaps not surprisingly, no major news outlet has dared to cover the story. Within that first 90- day window, over 1,200 deaths were reported, with a significant number appearing to happen within the first 24 hours after vaccination. We can’t say for sure because the report lacks critical details that would allow us to align the specific deaths with the reported observation that the median elapsed time between vaccination and the adverse event was “less than 24 hours” for many types of AEs. This report is a ‘second go’ by Pfizer after the first report was deemed wholly insufficient and lacking detail. This one isn’t actually all that much better, as it is entirely passive (no active data collection undertaken – it relies entirely on “spontaneously” reported events, and no inquiry into the adverse events is part of this version of the report), there’s no attempt made to define the incidence of events, and there is no visible effort made to compare the levels of events to an expected baseline of such events. It is also impossible to determine first vs second vaccination injections (not reported) and the age brackets are not even age brackets (“child, adult and elderly”). Besides the 1,223 spontaneously reported deaths, there is an overwhelming tilt towards women reporting AE’s often on the order of 4x or more. None of these were deemed to be worthy of modifying either the administration of the vaccines or the collection of new data in more useful detail. Further, I track down the actual state of knowledge of what is and is not known about pregnancy and the vaccines to uncover the fact that no providers can say, one way or the other, if the vaccines are safe. In the most current language available to vaccine and health care providers, Pfizer says “Available data on COMIRNATY administered to pregnant women are insufficient to inform vaccine-associated risks in pregnancy.” Naturally, without being able to articulate the actual risk, true informed consent is not possible for pregnant women seeking to understand what the risks might be to their unborn child. All that can truthfully be said is “we don’t know.” If more robust data does exist, it is not yet been made public. We may have to wait up to 55 years for that.
