Nestle Canada recalls baby formula as a precaution

Nestle says the minerals in the formula may separate over time and appear as black particles in the concentrate.

Nestle Canada is recalling a baby product as a precautionary measure.
The company says it has put out a recall for its Nestlé Good Start 2 Concentrate 359 ml with Omega Infant Formula, packaged in a tetra box.
Nestle says the minerals in the formula may separate over time and appear as black particles in the concentrate.
It says consumption of the product could lead to lower intake of some nutrients.
Nestle says the batch codes of the affected products are 512857211A, 512957211A, 512957212A, 513057211A and the case UPC number is 0-00-65000-49277-4.
