Armed Geoengineering Whistle Blower confronted By Washakie County Sheriffs Department! 3/11/16

Using the Constitution "1st and 2nd ammendment" armed Geoengineering Whistleblower Mike Decker confronted by the Washakie County Sheriffs Department and members of the Worland Police Department while documenting the toxic,Haarp filled sky over town. 3/11/16
I learned well from watching the government,how to set up a situation and take advantage of it,which I did this morning.I needed to call out our unconstitutional Sheriff.I do ask for charges against Sheriff Steve Rackness and several people for these crimes against humanity etc.
That said,I have to give credit and full respect to Deputy Fernandez and WPD officer Newton "Shorter WPD officer".They were very respectful as you will see.The other WPD officer represents the kind of cop that is brainwashed,controlled,police state mentality and filled full of negative energy and had the nerve to laugh and smile at me while im talking to them.I am not anti cop or law enforcement if they uphold there oath to protect and serve there citizens as well as protect them from this tyrannical government.
