Usually when something like this Happens, you will have a spokesperson / mouthpiece with 8 to 10 officers standing behind the person speaking either in Solidarity or to show applicable concern over the situation. While Police Chief David Brown spoke there was ONLY 1 Other person... Hmmm do you suppose all the other officers know what time it is? Cross referencing against the injured or slain will tell a big story!
