US driver killed while self-driving Tesla car on autopilot

The driver of a Tesla car, who was killed in a collision with a truck on May 7, had the self-driving car on "auto-pilot" mode. However, it could be weeks, if not months, before officials make a final conclusion on the cause of the crash.
