Has the Election Master Plan just been revealed?

FBI Director Comey has been in the game, and bailed the Clintons out of scandal after scandal, for a very long time! And now just days before the election, Comey has dropped, what some would call a bombshell. He is reopening the investigation against Hillary and newly discovered emails. Yeah, and if you believe that well... Here is what I take from this newest FBI Revelation.
