Parents whose son died after Gardasil Vaccine in August just spoke at the CDC

 

At the end of July, 14-year-old Christopher Bunch had his HPV vaccine. But sadly, neither his life or the lives of his family would ever be the same. On August 8th, after his health had seriously deteriorated, his parents took him to the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital.He remained in critical condition and was placed on life support until he passed away on August 18th from complications due to the rare neurological disease, Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis (ADEM).
