Canadian soldier James Topp, who was charged in February with two counts of conduct to the prejudice of good order and discipline for comments made speaking out against covid tyranny while wearing his uniform, prompting a four-month march to the capital from Vancouver in opposition to vaccine mandates and other Covid restrictions, has just arrived at the memorial, to a heroes welcome.
