March 1, 2024, I had a mammogram scheduled at Winchester and District Memorial Hospital. The Director, shown here, refused to let me have my mammogram because I would not comply to the mask or face shield protocol. He had the ladies auxiliary volunteer call the OPP, tried to intimidate me by bringing 18 staff out plus the assistant to the CEO. In the end I got my mammogram because they were wrong and I was not breaking the law. The cops never showed up.
Last night the OPP called me to let me know I am not being criminally charged with “causing disturbance” according to the Criminal Code, section 175.
