Judge Locks Up Teacher Who Got Pregnant with 12-Year-Old Student's Baby

 

Alissa McCommon, 39, chose to enter a guilty plea to multiple sex offenses in Tennessee, just before her trial was set to begin in January. The former English and Social Studies teacher admitted to raping a 12-year-old boy. Once she’s released from prison, McCommon will not be allowed to have any contact with her victims, including the child she conceived with one of them. Law&Crime’s Elizabeth Millner discusses the latest with trial attorney Safa Robinson-Ferrer.
