U.S. Intelligence Agencies consuming too much Booz?

For the second time in 3 years there has been a theft of U.S. Intelligence information that involves the Private Contractor, Booz Allen Hamilton. This time however there seems to more to this story than meets the eye. This begs the question; should Private Corporations be contracted to handle top secret Intelligence information, especially when these private corps are doing business with foreign govs and their spy agencies?
