A hang over from bad Covid policy saw the closure of public restrooms all across America.
This created a sanitation issue that still plagues corners of America even to today.

Covid bathroom policy has created a situation where people
clandestinely dispose of urine in public spaces, exposing us all to more
microbes than we would have, had Covid Policy never been implemented.
