Florida authorities announced today that 163 missing children ranging from just 2 MONTHS OLD to 17 years old have been safely located and recovered during a massive five-day operation called Operation Statewide Shield.
Officials say many of these children had experienced abuse, neglect, exploitation, human trafficking or exposure to other criminal activity.
And this wasn’t just a Florida search.
Investigators tracked missing children across six other states, Puerto Rico and 12 different countries, including Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Italy, Spain and Taiwan.
